Add, order and schedule your links

Get started guide 2 of 6 Next: Choose and change your page's theme

Every link on your page is added, ordered and switched on or off in one place: the editor's Links & Page Elements list. Quick add puts Instagram, WhatsApp or your website on your page in two clicks, and you drag the rows into the order you want. On Pro, a link can also switch itself on and off by date, day and time, so the Christmas menu goes up and comes down on its own.

Before you start

  • A page on exclusively.me. If you haven't got one yet, claim your name first; it's free.
  • Open the editor: My Pages, then Edit on your page.

The steps

  1. Pick a ready-made link

Under your links, Quick add has the common ones ready: Call me, Text me, WhatsApp, Email me, My Website, Save my details and the big socials (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and more). Each comes with its icon and checks the address for you, so a WhatsApp number without its country code is caught before it goes live. For anything else, press + Add custom link.

The editor's Links & Page Elements list, with Quick add underneath and + Add custom link below that.
  2. Fill it in and save

A ready-made link opens with its title and the start of its address filled in. Finish the address, change the title to whatever you want visitors to read, and press Save. It's on your page straight away, and the preview beside the editor shows it.

The Instagram link from Quick add, on its Details tab: the title, the address, then Save.
  3. Drag them into order

Hold a link by the handle on its left (three lines) and drag it up or down. The order you leave is the order visitors see, top first, so put the thing you most want people to press at the top.

Each link has a handle on its left for dragging, and pause, edit and delete buttons on its right.
  4. Pause a link instead of deleting it

The pause button on a link's right takes it off your page but keeps it in your list, marked Paused, with its clicks. Press play to bring it back. It's the quick way to hide something for a while, like an offer that's sold out.

A paused link stays in your list, marked Paused, with a play button to bring it back.
  5. Let a link switch itself on and off (Pro)

Open a link's Schedule tab. Tick Starts and Ends to give it dates, untick days under Show on, or tick Between for opening hours. Times are in your own timezone. The link then shows only when its schedule says so, worked out every time someone opens your page, and the editor marks it Live, Scheduled, Not today, Outside hours or Expired so you can see where it stands.

A link's Schedule tab on Pro: Starts, Ends, the days to show it and an optional daily window.
  6. Check a date before it happens (Pro)

Above your page's preview, tick Custom preview date and pick a day and a time. The preview shows exactly what a visitor will see then, using the same rules as your live page. Press Back to now when you're done.

Check it worked

Open your page on your phone. Your links are there, in the order you left them, and a paused or out-of-schedule link isn't.

If something's different

I can't drag on my phone

Dragging works best with a mouse or trackpad. On a phone, edit the page on a bigger screen, or ask your AI to put the links in the order you want.

The Schedule tab says Upgrade to Pro

Scheduled links are a Pro feature. On Free you can still see a link's schedule; a link with one stays off until you upgrade or clear it.

Check it isn't marked Paused, and on Pro that its schedule allows it now. A page that's waiting for you to confirm your email shows "almost there" instead of your links.

Can I add headings, text or a table?

Yes, on Pro: Heading, Text and Table sit in Quick add beside the links, and so does Page / Profile, which links to another exclusively.me page with its picture.

Do it with your AI

Connect Claude or ChatGPT at exclusively.me/connect, then ask something like "Add my TikTok and put WhatsApp at the top of my exclusively.me page". On Pro you can ask for a schedule too: "Show the Christmas order link from 1 to 20 December, weekdays only". You see a preview first, and nothing changes until you approve it.

Why it's worth it

One link in your bio can do the job of ten. People land on a page you keep tidy, in the order that matters to you this week, and with Pro your page changes itself on time: the brunch menu at weekends, the ticket link until the gig, the "call the office" button only while someone's in.
