Write this weekend's posts with your AI

You're in a team guide 3 of 3

Type "Help me build my social posts for this weekend" into your own Claude or ChatGPT, connected to exclusively.me. Your AI fetches a post brief from your team: the message for right now (this weekend's campaign included), the team's voice, the hashtags, the sponsors that apply to you with their rules and whether an "Ad" label is needed, any embargo, and a checklist. It asks you only what happened, then drafts a post for each platform. You edit them and post them from your own accounts.

Before you start

  • You're in a team with its Media Centre set up, and you can open your member view (Join a team).
  • Your AI connected to exclusively.me (Connect your AI). Read only is enough for this.

The steps

  1. Ask your AI

In your AI, say what you need in your own words: "Help me build my social posts for this weekend", or "Write an Instagram post about today's qualifying". Mention the platforms you use, or let it ask.

  2. It gets your team's brief

Your AI asks exclusively.me for a post brief for you, for each platform. It's everything that applies to you at that moment: the base house plus every campaign that's live for your groups, the team's voice and an example post, the hashtags for that platform, the team's sponsors that apply with their handles and whether the post needs an Ad label, any embargo (results not before 18:00 Sunday), notes for members under 18 where they apply, and a checklist.

An example: the member's request, and the AI's reply once it has the team's brief.
  3. Tell it what happened

Your AI asks only what it can't know: how the day went, who you were with, what the photo shows. Answer like you'd text a friend.

  4. Get a draft for each platform

It writes a post per platform in the team's voice, with the right sponsor handle, hashtags and Ad label, and keeps anything embargoed out until it's allowed. The brief comes with a checklist, so you can ask your AI to go through it with you before you post.

Drafts for Instagram and TikTok, with the sponsor tagged, the Ad label and the team's hashtags.
  5. Edit it and post it yourself

Change anything you like, then copy each post into Instagram, TikTok or wherever you post, from your own accounts. We never post for anyone, and we don't keep what you or your AI write. The checklist is advice, never a gate: the post is yours.

See the same brief yourself

Everything your AI reads is in your member view: Message House shows what applies to you right now (and you can preview any other moment), Brand Guide the team's voice and brand pack, and Sponsors each sponsor's rules, with a switch to turn off one that isn't for you.

  1. Check your member view

Click your name at the top left, pick your team, then open Message House. It's what your AI is working from.

The member view's Message House: the weekend's campaign, what to always and never say, hashtags, sponsors and the embargo.

If something's different

My AI says there's no brief

Check you can open your team's member view: you need a seat or your own Pro. If the team hasn't written its message house yet, there's nothing to fetch.

The sponsor or campaign is wrong

Your AI uses what's live for your groups now. If it doesn't look right, check the Message House tab, then tell your team's admins.

Can my AI post for me?

No. Your AI writes; you post, from your own accounts. Nothing is posted for anyone.

Why it's worth it

Five minutes after the session, you've got posts that sound like you, follow the team's rules and get the sponsor right, without opening a PDF of brand guidelines. Sponsors get their name right everywhere, and you get your weekend back.
